Facilitating the renewable energy revolution and being part of the global movement to transition to clean energy is a top priority for us. We see ourselves, and the renewable energy movement, as an integral part of the global effort against climate change and for the good of the planet and humankind
2021 highlights:
Greenhouse gas emissions: in 2021 we saved 665,576 tons of greenhouse gases emissions (equivalent to planting 11 million trees)
Water savings: in 2021 we saved 6.2 million m³ of water used in energy production processes (the amount required to grow 15.5 thousand tons of rice)
Ecological Management: in 2021 we invested $5.5 million in environmental
and ecological conversation efforts at our sites
2021 highlights:
Supporting Local Economies: our activity has significant indirect
economic impacts on local communities in addition to actively invest in community projects and infrastructure in order to strengthen our ties with our neighbors, amounting to more than US$ 9.3 million during 2021.
Investments in Community Infrastructure: In 2021, we invested a total of $239,000 in local projects and infrastructure in communities around our projects. These investments included paving and renovating roads, replacing irrigation infrastructure, and more.
Investment in the community: in 2021 $450,000 has been invested in the development of public and educational infrastructures as well as $212,000 in non-profit organizations for the education and empowerment of youth
Employee Development: In 2021, we invested an average of 9.8 hours in training per employee, an increase of 4.2 hours from the previous year. 2.7 of which were dedicated to personal and professional development

Equal Employment Opportunities: About 43% of the company’s Board members and about 40% of global management are women
Independent Board of Directors: 57% of Board members are independent
