Privacy Policy – Energix Renewable
This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy“) explains the manner, in which Energix Renewable Ltd. (“Energix“), processes Personal Information. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use (the provisions of the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, collectively the “Terms”). terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.
You have no legal obligation to provide Energix with any information or to allow the collection thereof. If you do not agree with the practices specified herein or in any of the Terms (including this Privacy Policy) you should not make any use of the Website. You are therefore advised to carefully and thoroughly read the Terms prior to browsing the and/or using the Website.
Without derogating from Energix’s rights under applicable law, using the Website shall constitute your consent with respect to “information” as defined in the Protection of Privacy Law 5741-1981 (“IPPL “) which shall also apply to other data related to an identified or identifiable natural person (we are referring to such information and data as “PII”) and any other data and/or information.
- How PII is collected?
- PII actively provided by Users. When users provide Energix with certain data or information, such as their contact details in relevant fields of the Website, these may be retained and used for the purposes provided herein (not only replying to such Users’ requests). Such data voluntarily provided may include, details such as “Name”; “Company”; E-mail”; “Phone”; “Details” etc.
- PII collected by Energix. Certain PII or data may be collected automatically and/or generated when you use the Website. - Data Retention. Energix may (but is not obligated to) retain collected PII as long as it remains necessary for the purposes set forth above. Energix may, at it’s sole discretion, delete or amend information from any systems, without providing any notice.
- Use of Data Collection Technologies. Energix may use cookies, Web Beacons, Web Pixels, Flash, and/or other tracking technologies (hereinafter – “Data Collection Technologies“). In some cases, the Data Collection Technologies are stored on your device and/or computer and may be used, among other things, to verify information, data security, the content displayed to the user, and activate certain features automatically. In most cases, Data Collection Technologies store information that does not directly identify the user, such as the web pages visited by the user, the duration of his search, etc. In some cases, the Data Collection Technologies are installed in the browser used by the user. - By agreeing to register for the direct mail service, you waive any claim and/or demand in relation to receiving direct mail of any kind, whether from Energix or third parties acting on its behalf and/or providing the said service until after your request to be removed from the direct mail service as detailed below and to receive a removal confirmation from the mailing list from Energix.

Energix takes various measures to protect and secure PII and implements what it deems as commercially reasonable technical and administrative security measures designed to protect the security of PII. - Cross-Border Transfer
- PII may be stored/processed in Israel, EU Member States, EEA member countries (Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) and the United Kingdom (collectively, “EEA”) and in countries that offer an adequate level of data protection under or pursuant to the adequacy decisions published by the relevant data protection authorities, without any further safeguard being necessary. However, in certain cases Energix may store or have Personal Information processed outside Israel, the EEA or such countries of adequate protection. Please note that such jurisdictions may have legislation that is less protective of your privacy rights, and you hereby provide your consent to such transfer/processing (outside of Israel, the EEA or countries of adequate protection).
