Mr. Wertheim has been serving as a member of Energix’s Board of Directors since 2011.

Mr. Wertheim serves as chairman of the Board of Directors of Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd. since November 1996. Mr. Wertheim further serves as a member of the Board of Carr Properties Corp; PSP Swiss Property AG; and Amot Investments Ltd. Previously, among his other occupations, he served as Chairman of the Board of Mizrahi Tefahot Bank.

Mr. Wertheim volunteers in a wide range of youth education activities, as well as in the Israeli Police Forces.

Mr. Wertheim is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business Administration and Accounting from the College of Management.
