Asa Levinger

CEO

Mr. Levinger has served as Chief Executive Officer of Energix since it was founded in 2009.

Mr. Levinger is the “living spirit” behind Energix, being a pioneer in the field of Renewable Energy, and the one that lead the company from the day of its inception until becoming among the largest public companies in Israel listed on TASE.

Mr. Levinger holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, as well as a master’s degree in Business Administration, both from the Israel Institute of Technology (Technion).

Omri Dor

Global Chief Business Development

Mr. Dor serves as Global Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) at Energix Group, driving the group’s global strategy, revenue & market expansion, and long-term growth. A former Brigadier General in the Israeli Air Force, he brings nearly three decades of high-level leadership, operational excellence, and strategic vision to the corporate arena. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Business Administration (LL.B. & B.A.) from Reichman University and a Master of Arts in Political Science with a specialization in National Security Administration from the University of Haifa, in partnership with Israel’s National Security College.

Marina Wolfson

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Wolfson serves as Chief Financial Officer of Energix and is responsible for the group’s global finance activities, including financial strategy, financing, capital markets, financial reporting and treasury.

Prior to joining Energix, Ms. Wolfson served as CFO of BiomX Inc. (NYSE American: PHGE) and held senior finance leadership positions at publicly traded companies listed on both the United States and Israeli stock exchanges. She brings nearly two decades of experience in capital markets, strategic financing, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and public company financial management.

Ms. Wolfson is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She holds an MBA with Honors and a B.A. with Honors in Accounting and Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Adi Birk

Executive Legal Officer

Adi Birk serves as Executive Legal Officer of Energix Group. With vast experience in corporate law, securities regulation, and corporate governance, Adi oversees the full spectrum of legal matters, challenges, and opportunities faced by the Company, and brings deep expertise in managing complex legal affairs across capital markets and investment environments.

Prior to joining Energix Group, she served as General Counsel at various public companies, overseeing full legal and compliance frameworks and leading corporate transactions, negotiations, and regulatory compliance matters.

Ms. Birk holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), a bachelor’s degree in economics, as well as a master’s degree in business administration, all from Tel Aviv University.

Artur da Silva Marques Violante

CEO, Energix Poland

Mr. Artur Violante is overseeing Energix`s activity in Poland since 2019.

In his role, he is managing the development, construction, and operation of the company’s projects, and its growth in Poland.

Previously, Mr. Violante was involved in the energy sector in Poland for over a decade, responsible for the development, construction and operations of over 400MW.

Mr. Violante holds a master’s degree in Electrotechnical Engineering from the University of Coimbra, Portugal with specialization in telecommunications.

Zvi Tvizer

Country Manager and COO

Mr. Tvizer currently serves as Country Manager and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Energix US, where he oversees the entire life cycle of the company’s renewable energy projects, from development and construction to operation.

With over 30 years of experience in military leadership and corporate management, Mr. Tvizer has a proven track record of successfully leading billion-dollar projects, establishing new branches, opening new markets, and driving growth across both the military and private sectors.

Zvi is a Colonel (Res.) in the Israeli Air Force, who served in top-level commanding positions and accumulated 35 years of experience as a pilot flying F-4 and F-16 combat aircraft.

Zvi holds both a BA in Economics from Bar Ilan University and an MBA from Ben Gurion University in Israel

Nir Yeshua

CEO, Energix Israel

Mr. Yeshua is overseeing Energixs activity in Israel since 2025.

In his role, he is managing the development, construction and operation of the company’s projects, and its growth in Israel.

Previously, Mr. Yeshua held the position of VP of O&M for three years. Mr. Yeshua joined the company after sustained service in the IDF and retired as a Colonel after 27 years.

Mr. Yeshua holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management and a master’s degree in business administration.

Leeyha Levin Laor

Chief People Officer (CPO)

Ms. Levin Laor brings extensive experience in leading HR and People functions, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, organizational development, employee experience, and supporting business growth.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Levin Laor held senior HR roles at Payoneer and Granulate.

Ms. Levin Laor holds a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
