Mr. Shanie has served as an Independent Director of Energix’s Board since 2019.

Mr. Shanie was the CEO of several  largest companies in the industry. Previously, he founded Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd. and managed it over 6 years.

Mr. Shanie served over 14 years as the chairman of The Israeli Society for Autistic Children (“Alut“). Today he volunteers and serves as a director and mentor to a range of non-profit associations.

Mr. Shanie is a Certified Public Accountant, and  holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tel-Aviv University.
